# Live Chat Issues? Let's Fix It!

Can't connect to our live chat or having trouble sharing images or answer our call?  

Let's troubleshoot this!  

First, check your browser extensions.  

Privacy extensions (like Privacy Badger) or ad blockers (like AdBlock) can sometimes block our chat system.  

Make sure they're allowing connections to these Crisp URLs:

* `client.crisp.chat`
* `client.relay.crisp.chat`
* `image.crisp.chat`
* `storage.crisp.chat`

If the problem continues, try these steps:

* Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
* Try a different web browser.
